Ray Flores, CEO of Industrial Solutions Group, LLC has 39 Years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with 14 years in field operations and 25 years designing and implementing Safety Management Processes. Ray has executive level (President CEO) participation building several companies in a broad spectrum including, Safety Management, Engineering (Mechanical Integrity), and OQ services to the Pipeline Industry OQSG. Currently ISS, a division of Industrial Solutions Group, is as a primarily Field Safety Consulting Company and leverages resources to bring Comprehensive solutions and Technology based solutions to the oil and gas industry. The ISS division is one that Ray is committed to, and one that potentiates his passion for Safety Management Processes. When Ray is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He has an appeal for the arts, supporting local Arts related causes. Ray’s devotion to the industry, his company, and his employees is an asset to the success of his business.
Terry is integral to the success of Industrial Safety Solutions (ISS) due to his role in both
an operational capacity as well as business development. Over the eleven years with
ISS, he has progressed from field operations to currently serving as the Vice President
responsible for growth and development and ensuring customer satisfaction. His gift at
exceeding customer expectations results from the time spent understanding customer
needs as well as industry trends. He has been a part of both the greatest growth period ISS
has ever had, through the industry downturn in 40 years, and still though ISS’s rebirth on
the backside of that downturn into the growing company we are today. He loves spending time
with family and overseeing his farm. He is also a devoted volunteer for a local mission
that feeds the disadvantaged in need. Terry’s dedication to ISG is invaluable and we look forward to
more years of successes.
Chris began his career as a Healthcare Professional in 1992 in the field of Paramedicine. Working in the Gulf of Mexico as a Remote Paramedic. Over time, he began to function as a Paramedic and Safety Consultant Recruiter. He began to have an affinity for Human Resources. He was given an opportunity with ISS to become the Human Resources Manager. While working as a Human Resources Manager, he acquired certifications of PHR and SHRM-CP. This validated his working knowledge of HR practices. A life-long resident of Lafayette Parish, married with one Daughter and 2 grandchildren, Chris enjoys playing drums in his Cajun Band. He additionally enjoys traveling with his wife and spending many quality hours with his grandchildren.

JJ guides field HSE personnel on Drilling and Completions projects, construction, and specialized projects. While providing HSE instruction internally and to select customer base, he heavily interacts with customers on a fundamental and technical stage. As Operations Manager he presents vast field knowledge, technical knowledge, and safety management capabilities derived from prior military service with the Air Force and consulting in various HSE capacities. Away from the office, JJ appreciates quality time at home with his wife and three children. He is a “Resto-Mod” car enthusiast. If he could have one right now, it would be the ’55 Chevy Belaire. JJ’s experience is advantageous to ISG and allows him to oversee business in a precise and convenient manner, contributing to the success of ISG and affording employees a path for success.

TERRY “TOP” MEEHAN
Top Meehan serves as the Regional Field Manager for ISS Permian Based Operation. Top brings that experience to operations and manages field assets and personnel in the region. Previously, Terry worked as the Field Operations Supervisor for the CEMC Operations in the Gulf of Mexico Well Abandonment Team. As a retired USMC Master Sergeant serving for over 20 years, Top provides excellent discipline and manages the crews with the highest degree of professionalism. Top has a track record of working the most grueling job, conditions, and producing great results. When away from work, Top enjoys spending time in the outdoors affording him the ability to do some fishing and hunting along the way. Top is a fantastic leader of our employees in the field and ISG is confident that the business he manages will be have the best attention possible.
JENIFER SCHILLER, CPA, CGMA
JENIFER SCHILLER, CPA, CGMA
Jenifer joined the ISG team in 2018 as the Financial Controller. She is a graduate of University of Southwestern Louisiana with a BSBA. With 39 years in the Accounting Business, 4 of those years in Public Accounting, Jenifer Leads the Accounting team. She is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting management, in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and strategies. Prior to joining ISG, Jenifer held Senior Finance positions working with some of the largest survey related corporations in the world. Jenifer enjoys handling the financial aspects of ISG and having the ability to see how all the pieces fit together. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, casual hiking, and traveling. She volunteers with LCPA on their Financial Literacy Committee and their Career Awareness Committee. ISG is pleased to have Jenifer on our team, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge in a relaxed environment that is innovative and enhancing to products and our business model.
Julia has been an employee of Industrial Solutions Group, LLC for 8 years. She is a diverse employee with experiences in Operations as a Project Coordinator and Accountant as well as an Accounting Assistant and Accountant within the Accounting Group. She graduated from ULL in 2011 with a BS in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a secondary BS in Accounting from Northwestern State University. Julia has a variety of interests including yoga, running, and reading to name a few. She is an avid supporter of Acadiana Center of the Arts as well as ULL Football and Baseball. Julia is a longtime volunteer for Festivals Acadien et Creoles and Festival International. Julia also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. ISG is proud to have Julia as part of the team supporting efforts to maintain a successful business function.
Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has a background working as a Wealth Management assistant in charge of 401k plans. She has also had the gratifying experience teaching elementary education. Having 12 years of essential experience in accounting and finance, Suzanne works in the accounting department assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Suzanne made the decision to be a Stay-at-home mom, dedicating her care and attention to a major part of her life, her children. Her love for work carried her back into the workforce. She sought out a field that best suits her familiarity, Accounting. ISG commends Suzanne for her devoted efforts raising her children and is pleased that she decided to get back to work choosing Industrial Solutions Group as her employer of choice.
